Anoka-Ramsey Community college is a great shcool to start at. Im a freshmen, and i can tell you that it's cheap very cheap, compair to others. The compairsion is $ 136 dollars per credit verses $ 900 dollar at a state university. They have a great tutoring program, and They have the 50% unempolyment program. Has a smaller class size then at State university's. One on One time with Professors. Has the MnTc = Minnesota Transfer Guild.
I think the only down fall is that you have to do things by yourself in order to get things done. Like Finanical Aid, Picking classes, ect. Also you can get bad professors, and they sometimes won't help you at all.
As a freshmen it's perfect if your not ready to go to state yet. Also have a great transfer program.
