I have a lot of allergies, however I'm not a Celiac. (I'm not allergic to Gluten.)  However, I can't drink regular been because I'm allergic to either hops or the malt. It makes my cheeks swell. A limited-flavor beer for a limited audience

Consumer Note:  This beer is brewed from sorghum --a cereal grass-- for those with Celiac's Disease (allergic to gluten)
