Consumer Note: This beer is brewed from sorghum --a cereal grass-- for those with Celiac's Disease (allergic to gluten)
* Brilliant amber-gold. Tall beige head collapses quickly
* Light, sweet aroma
* Lightly sweet palate has mild tangy edge
* Demi-sec finish is rather bland
* Light bodied; thin and watery
Synhopsis:
Since this was the first time I ever tasted a sorghum-based beer, I didn't know what to expect. Now I know not to expect much, but if I was allergic to gluten, I'd be grateful to Anheuser-Busch for their efforts.
