Simply Amazing!!

There are no words that can describe the feeling I got while reading this book. The passion between the woman in this story was incredible. It will make you laugh and cry all at once. I honestly could not put it down! This book is all about the lives of 5 women who all lived very different lives but came out friends through everything. You will learn of their happy times, their sad times and the times when no one and nothing in the world is more important than what is going on right now. This is a must read for every woman with a passion for life and friendship.

As a first time reader of this author, I didn't know what to expect. The character development was out of this world, I didn't want to leave Freesia Court. I want to convince my neighborhood poker gal party to begin something more lofty like reading a book, but I'm afraid the complicated matching the food to the book theme would chase my favorite women away!

Women make the best friends once they are adults, time tested and true, these are the connections women value far more than blood and money. This novel encapsulates the life journey of 5 very different but engaging women, their husbands...

I just finished reading Angry Housewives for the second time with my book club. I really loved this book as much the 2nd time around as I did the first. I felt hooked with the first chapter. I loved following the lives of the Angry Housewives and seeing their lives unfold through several decades. I enjoyed the pace of the book although toward the end I feel like the author skips around a lot. I felt I could see some of myself in all the characters. A great book club read as it leads to a lot of discussion. I highly recommend it.
