Analpram Hydrocortisone Acetate 2.5% - Pramoxine HCI 1% Cream —

I was having some problems with my intestinal tract and was told I should have a colonoscopy. During this procedure they found the source of my bleeding and prescribed Hydrocortisone Acetate 2.5% - Pramoxine HCI 1% Cream.

This medication took care of my problems, stopped the pain and itching, shrunk the sores, and made me feel so much better in such a delicate area.

There are some draw backs to this medication. It takes quite a bit of work to change the tip, draw up the cream, insertion, dispertion, the clean up afterwards of both the tip and yourself. The biggest drawback is the continuous mess of leakage. The cream dissolves and turns into a liquid so if too much is inserted it will mess up clothing and could be embarrassing. I feel this issue can be resolved with not using as much or taking other precautions after using. I am willing to deal with it in order to stop the intense pain I was in. I feel the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.

This is the generic so is alot cheaper than the name brand. I only paid my $10 copay.

Hydrocortisone Acetate 2.5% - Pramoxine HCI 1% Cream is a product that I am glad is on the market.

I know this is a delicate subject, but the problems exist and if you are having issues in your rectal area, ask your doctor for this medication.
