Bottom-Line: I strongly urge everyone who reads this review to see An Inconvenient Truth before it's too late to do much to reverse global warming. 

There are very few absolutes in our world, but the few that swirl about our existence are self-evident, or at least they should be.  Here are a few: the Earth rotates around the sun, the sun is the center of our solar system and it is hot; the human population of the planet is exploding; and global warming is a real and present danger, not only to the United States, but the whole world!

A well-done film that scares and motivates
Al Gore's Oscar-winning documentary about global warming is a sobering piece of work.  Whether or not our planet's scientists agree on what is happening at present, this film makes its case clearly and strongly.   The graphics are shocking, the facts used by Gore are frightening, and some of the imagery is heart-breaking.  If Gore is trying to get people's attention, this is one heck of a way to do it.  I hope it changes some attitude and lifestyles.
