Amy's Spinach Feta in a Pocket Sandwich Reviews

As you have probably guessed by now, I really like the products created in Amy's Kitchen but they always seem a little expensive to me unless they are on sale -- and sales or promotions are rare with a good line like this -- so I waxed enthusiastic when Peapod's put some of the wraps and sandwiches on sale for only $2.50 each.  At this reasonable price, I stocked up not only with personal favorites but with other things I might not have tried otherwise.  I had never heard  of a "Spanikopita" but I must say that Amy's version of this Greek pick-up meal ...
