Amy's kitchen makes some of the best foods out there for this fast-paced world. This soup, however, is so darn good I could eat it every day. I've been a vegetarian for over ten years and really thought I would never have "chicken soup" again. Heated on the stove or in the microwave, this soup is so comforting and filling - and healthy too! This might be considered a "gourmet" soup, the price isn't really that bad (especially for the quality!).
