Yesterday I reviewed Amy's Breakfast Burrito and am following up today with another offering from Amy's Kitchen which I had for brunch around 11 a.m. -- Amy's Burrito made with Organic Beans and Rice. That it was delicious goes without saying.

review »A low fat vegan snack that takes minutes to prepare...is it a dream come true? It would be if they were free. Amy's Burrito's made with Organic Beans and Rice are cruelty free. They are a little bit dry so they need some salsa or hot sauce with them, but weren't you going to do that anyway? A little guacamole is good if you aren't fat concious. Every ingredient is organic and not genetically modified. This is the kind of burrito that you eat with a fork and knife not with your hands.
