Amy's Asian Noodle Stir Fry Reviews

I recently saw a nutritionist  that told me to try to stay away from dairy and gluten. Sounded pretty easy until I was so tired of eating a salads for lunch and no sandwiches. I love sandwiches! — I finally found Amy's line of organic frozen foods. There are so many choices that are both gluten free and dairy free and believe it or not....they are really good. The Asian Noodle Stir Fry is probably my favorite so far but the Brown Rice and Veggies is surprisingly good as well. I love the line of products from Amy's kitchen because they are not only quick and easy to make, but they are also vegetarian and taste great.  This is healthy eating with an asian flair and only has about 290 calories per serving of this dish.  It is a combination of soft rice noodles, tasty mushrooms and asian vegetables in a unique asian sauce.  I love this dish because there are so many vegetables, and it is so easy to make.  One dish retails for about $2.50 and after a few minutes in the microwave you have a healthy and delicious stir fry.  The brocolli is tender… read full review »
