AmorePacific Treatment Enzyme Peel —

Sephora, my guilty-pleasure-beauty-product-shop, provided me with a deluxe sample of AmorePacific's Treatment Enzyme Peel when I recently ordered some items. Always willing to try new things to improve the look and texture of my face, I was excited to give this a try. What fun! AmorePacific has become a favorite product in my arsenal of beauty treatments. With its gentle exfoliation, my skin is brighter and appears more healthy.

I have been using AmorePacific's Treatment Enzyme Peel for several weeks and have noted an improvement in my skin's texture and luminosity. At first, I was skeptical because I have not had success in the past with "peels." However, AmorePacific's Treatment Enzyme Peel isn't really a "peel" per se--it's a water activated powder that foams a bit in your palms. You massage it into your facial skin, wash it off, and feel an immediate difference. My skin feels smooth, clean, and not stripped. Although I have sensitive skin, I have not had any irritation or breakouts while using this product. There are no irritating or rough "granules" in this product that can break down your epidermis. Instead, the peel works by breaking down the skin's surface dirt and oil with papaya-derived enzymes. To use the product, simply deposit a small capful (about the size of a nickel) into your palms--add water, lather up, apply to your face, and rinse. There is a light, non-offensive fragrance that I don't mind at all. I like how my skin feels prepped and ready prior to my application of moisturizer. Using this Treatment Enzyme Peel, I find that even my cosmetics look better on my face and have more staying power throughout the day.

Although I do not use this product to eliminate any acne, I have noticed my skin looks clearer and brighter over the past few weeks that I've used it. The green tea leaf extract in the AmorePacific's Treatment Enzyme Peel offers healing properties and the moisturizers in the Peel really soften my skin. Since I am cautious about using cosmetics that are polluted with chemicals, I like that AmorePacific's Treatment Enzyme Peel is free of sulfates, phthalates, and petro-chemicals.

At $60, this 2.5 oz product is a splurge item for me, but with my skin's appearance improved and my confidence boosted, I feel that it is definitely worth the price. If you have a Sephora in your area, you can request a sample in the store so that you can try AmorePacific's Treatment Enzyme Peel before committing to a full-sized product. Personally, I've had a great experience with this skin care treatment and recommend it to anyone who wants to see brighter, healthier skin with more refined pores.

This is a riot. I had the same product. My adult kids were here for a few days and I see it was scooped up before I could try it...sigh!
