I have used this rake on several occasions, only the first one was by choice. It has all the usual failure points of a metal leaf rake- deformable tines, "springable" tension spring, and breakable handle, but this one has an extra friend at the party. The tines are mounted to a plastic head piece that that fails as often as the other things. The tines on this model also seem to bend more easily than on their higher end models.
It's actually not a bad choice for an economy rake in this style, just remember that it is an economy model. I have run through three or four of these for every one of the more expensive (22T) model.
