Ameriprise Review

I was trying to buy the auto insurance online, but it needed more info, I can't go any further online. So I called and found out later I can't purchase the policy over the phone, they can fax me empty application or pre-printed application( with info I provided on the phone ) in the mail. I waited 7 business days, nothing from them in the mail. I gave up on the pre-printed application and filled out the fax application. I hope after 3 times trying to finish the application( online, over the phone, fax ) it's worth my attempt to save some money!! I have never worked so hard to switch!!
The sales dept doesn't open on Sundays!!
