Expensive, Poor Customer service, Poor web interface

We took a chance on the company because we were not overly happy with our previous company; however, now I am glad we did not completely pull out. Ameriprise provided less assitance, their web interface is not as complete or user friendly, and their fees are HIGH. Once you are in you will pay a minimum of $75 to get out, no matter how long you stay with them.
They charge a full annual fee even if your money is only in for 3 months. Poor Marks all around
