The location is okay. There are restaurants nearby, which is good, but it is out of the way if you're looking to be downtown or near the UTC campus for the majority of the day. The staff was helpful, though, and the rooms spacious and clean. The major downfall: the decor was horrific and even the non-smoking rooms reeked of smoke.
For the price, though, they did the job. As my mom said, if the place weren't as clean as it was, there was little else keeping her there, even for the night, and she would have sought out a better place. But it was clean and pretty quiet so...just beware. It's ok.
