Our chocolate lab is about 2 1/2 years old now and is finally growing out of his busy-body hyperactivity. Notice I didn't say GROWN out of - he still acts youthful and full of energy but he is more manageable now. I am grateful we have our rottweiler, who is about 2, to keep him active and busy. They spar and run around the house like toddlers. They both like to play, fetch, chew on bones, eat ice cubes, and so much more. Our lab's name is George, short for his AKC name - Gorgeous (cuz he is!) Curious (he has been since day 1) George (as in Curious George the monkey) - it so suits him! ...
