It isn't possible to talk to a company administrator. I got the number for the office phone of one of the vice presidents  and when I called him, he hung up on me. Then hid behind a womans skirt by having his secretary call me back to tell me that my claim had been denied without explanation. The administrators are cowards, the service is bad, and the assurances are fraudulent. Incidentally, AHS is currently involved in a class action law suite originating in California.
