American Gangster was one of 2007's best pictures.  It should have been nominated for best picture, and Denzel Washington should be nominated for best actor.

He is an amazing actor (Denzel). I wasn't sure what to expect from the movie but I was very glad that I went. It grabbed you from the beginning. The movie is extremely intense and very well done.
