Good agents, poor service and payment on claims
in debt, a low risk investor

Having to report damage to our home, not a problem. But actually dealing with getting the money to get the roof fixed, that was a pain in the neck. American Family wouldn't give all the money for the fix and the company that did the repairs needed 1/2 down to start the job, so it was a touchy time for us to deal with American Family. We'd change insurance companies, but do not who has better process for claims and getting the money to us. As far as coverage for automobile, that is better than the homeowner's insurance. Pretty quick and concise and not really a problem with taking car to dealer or body repair shop to get fixed and painted on time.
