I have been a client of American Family Insurance since 1993. I have insured many vehicles through them and have always been satisfied with the great customer service they provide. Anytime I have had a question, I am always treated with respect, and there is never anything that they are not willing to answer or find out the answer to for me. They know me by name and face and even remember my kids' names and my husband's name when we meet. My agent and his staff are all very courteous and friendly. Anytime I call there they always greet me as if I were a member of their family, no matter who answers the phone. Anytime I have had an issue or had to file a claim, they have been right there to help me with whatever it is I need and they are very thorough in explaining just exactly what it is I need to do or what will be happening with my policies! I would never change insurance companies! I would recommend that anyone check this company out if they want a great company with competitive prices for insurance of any sort. Thanks American Family! You have really made me feel like one of your family!
