American Family Insurance Review

I recently decided to go through a thorough review of all of my homeowners and automobile insurance requirements and coverages.  I used to be very lax about this, but over the past several years as my financial position has improved and my family has grown (both in size and count), i have tended to become more aware of the nuances and differences between different insurance companies, and between the coverages that they offer.  I was pleasantly surprised to find American Family Insurance company through a quote from the "NetQuote" service... I was contacted directly by a local agent who was clearly motivated to get my business, but who was also extremely knowledgeable, and who i felt was very open with me on my needs and how much I "should" be covered for.  She pointed out several holes in my total coverage amounts (particularly in liability), and after further study, i completely agreed i needed more.  Even after the increases though, AFI's rates were still lower!  All in all, a great experience, and not at all expensive.
