I called several agencies when I was getting ready to buy my house 4 years ago to get insurance quotes for my house. We decided that since our car insurance did not offer homeowners that we would move our car insurance as well. American Family was the best quote that we received. They were about $100 cheaper than anywhere else. We have been with them for 4 years now and have never had a problem. Of course we have not made any claims in that time frame either, so I can't really say whether their claims services are good or not.
