I use American Family for car, home and boat insurance.  I have never had any problems or issues with them.  They have always paid claims right away without any hassel.  I have shopped around for better prices and no other company has ever come close to beating them.  Our agent is very friendly and always returns our calls right away.  If he sees something that he thinks will save us money he always calls and lets us know.  They defintley treat us as family and put our interests and needs first.
