American Family Insurance Review

  I have had American Family Insurance for at least 6 years, I have car insurance and rental insurance with them.  I have had to use my renters insurance once, I had $250.00 worth of spoiled food, the insurance actually covered $500.00.  My claim was for $250.00 it was easy and fast to put a claim in. I got my money in a couple of days.    I have used my car insurance on a no fault accident in a private parking lot, and ended up paying 1/2 my deductiable to fix damage to my car.  My insurance paid the claim fast, the other insurance company Motorist Mutual, I had to call at least 6 times and my agent also called repeatedly it took them 4 months to pay the other half of my deductible. 

I also got a rental car from my insurance company  for the days that my car was in the shop.  I was able to pick what auto body shop I wanted and was very pleased with the work.  I would recommend this company highly.
