American Family Insurance —
American Family Insurance is the first insurance company I've had PLEASURE in dealing with.The agents and everyone who works with them are friendly. The customer service not attached to the particular agency is nice. My agent is available when I need him! And if not his boss is more than happy to assist no matter how small the matter.
Their roadside assistance plan is ridiculously affordable, very reasonable amount of coverage, easy to use, and very quick reimbursement.
Their website is easy to navigate. Payment options are many. Setting up new service was fast and simple yet very informative. The first company to routinely give out info on just what the heck all the mumbo jumbo is about. Great welcome packet full of information.
We insure both our vehicles and home through the company and the rates are far superior to anyone else we found. At this point? Even if they weren't I bet I'd stay because the hassle of a no hassle insurance company is priceless!
