American Family Insurance Review

I've been with American Family Insurance for 4 years.  I started using them because an agent cold called me when I just happened to be insurance shopping.  His quote was lower than any others I'd gotten and I knew that American Family was a well known insurance company with a good reputation.  Our first agent was in Bloomington, MN when we were living down there, but after we moved to the northern suburbs and our agent left is practice, we got a new agent in Roseville.  When I had a hit and run a few months ago I called my agent and he answered all my questions and was very helpful throughout the entire process.  I was lucky that the driver came back and gave me his insurance information or I would have had to fork over a $500 deductible for the repairs.  I have my car, home and life all at the same place.  I get discounts on all and it's easier for me to keep track of.  I recommend that and I and recommend American Family Insurance.
