American Express - Platinum —
I've been using American Express for almost a year now. The customer service can't be beat. No matter what concern I have, it is handled promptly and in a very friendly mannner by the AMEX employees. The rewards are fantastic-airline points, traveling for free, airline lounges. It"s all around great, except for the fact that it isn't taken by all merchants. I hate that I can't just carry it and expect to be able to use it everywhere like I could with a Visa or Mastercard. Hopefully, as time progresses it will be accepted as universally as the other cards.Last edited on Dec 29, 2008
