If you get a reply from the Customer Service Area you get a Computerized REPLY from a NON HUMAN interface and it RESPONDS to someone other than YOU in the Openning reply area to WHO? It is NOT you but Someone Else... This has happenned to me on more than once... Hence I don't care to USE them... They also abuse your rights as a coinsumer if you are Identity Thefted... They refuse to remove or release the Fraudulent Credit which you DID NOT request. The LIEN stays in your credit files for 7 years.
