We ended our gold card since we could never use our online access for redeeming points.  When we called, the representative promised they would work out the "glitches."  After over three years of complaints, nothing was ever "fixed."  So, we said "good-bye" to the gold card.  We… read full review »

I've been an Amex member for 20 yrs and its a great credit card. You do have to pay your balance in full every month but that works for me. Every dollar I spend I earn a point and since I use the card for all my monthly expenses I'm able to accrue points quickly. This card is great if you like to pay your balance in full each month.  It forces you to pay it off each month.  Having this card also allows you to get tickets and hotel rooms at lower rates.  It also has a great rewards program. Whenever I have had an issue, customer service has been amazing.  I love… read full review »
