American Express - Blue Review

I have never had an American express card but I have had identity theft and American express will not listen to me.  Instead they call my phone everyday (a computer calls) and leave some kind of message to call them.  I filed police reports and have solid evidence that is was not me but they are ignorant and will not help me.  I tried several times on the phone with them and get the ring around the you no what.  I advise anyone not to deal with this company.  They will be nice to you when they want your money but boy if you have a problem their attitude is up yours.
