American Crew thickening shampoo has been a product in my household for the last five years.  It is my husbands favorite shampoo.  He prefers to use nothing else.  He has a full head of fine, limp hair, when he uses this shampoo his hair appears with double the volume.  When his hair is freshly cleansed with this shampoo, his scalp is hardly visible, because of his luscious locks.  The shampoo also leaves his hair soft and shy and it smells very clean and fresh. The only drawback, sometimes it is hard to find.  Possibly in my demograhic area in Salem, Oregon it could be discountinuted.  When I do find it in local hair Salons I make sure I purchase a several bottles.  I do prefer to purchase liter size bottles verses the smaller 8.45 oz bottles because it if generally more economical. American crew products  are designed for men but in my opinion if a woman has short hair and likes funky hair she should give it a try too.
