American Airlines —
Where do I start with the awful airline?!! It can be summed up when my mate's Breakfast croissant arrived with two large bites out of both ends. Topped by delaying our luggage for 3 days....yes, 3 days....on our vacation. I don't know about many of you but when you go on vacation you usually like to have your swimsuit and frocks before your vacation is over. They offered no apology or toothbrush. I had to buy undies in the market. So on to the next grievance....the flight attendants when they appeared greeted passengers with a "what do you want". I can go on and on about this awful airline but I just do you a favor by saying - don't fly on American Airlines even if their flights are FREE!! You will regret it as much as everyone who is right now aboard one of their awful flights.
