I recently returned from Japan and due to timing, was not hungry when they began to serve dinner. I asked if it could be delayed and there was no problem. They said it would be most convenient to serve me at least two hours later so they could serve the rest of the cabin. I ended up enjoying my appetizers, salads and dessert with the rest of the cabin, saving my entree for later. No muss, no fuss and nothing but good service.
They had excellent food (although they no longer serve caviar due to overfishing). I have never had anything but a great trip.
