So American is by far the worst! I fly to and from Mexico for business travel and American Airlines, going through Dallas is a mess!
You mean nothing to them and I am done, the crews are rude and unhappy. They have issues with luggage and adding your proper FF points!
They nickle and dime you on each fee they can tack on and if you book through an alternative site such as Expedia or Orbitz they surcharge you upon checking in.
