budget conscious traveler, love to travel, family traveler

    Poor Service, No free snacks...not even peanuts, Rude employees, Employees are not helpful and rude

   American Airlines offers the worst customer service ever.  After they lost my luggage, they eventually recovered it, but then put it in some office without even notifying me it had been found.  I stood at a luggage pick up terminal for almost an hour waiting for my suitcase, which had actually arrived on an earlier flight than me but no one had informed me it would not be on the same plane.  After I confonted them about the situation they basically had nothing to say.  "It just happens sometimes" was the response I got!
