Flew to Cancun a week ago two adults and four children.  All of our eights pieces of luggage were lost for two days.  All we heard from the airline was maybe the next flight, maybe the next flight.  They did say they would give us $200 for toothbruses, toothpaste, etc.  Did not tell us we needed to collect at the airport.  Now we returned and it is a Complete hassle trying to turn in the receipts to get them to pay.  Extremely upset!!!
