American Airlines Review

I recently flew American Airlines and was not impressed. Both my outgoing and incoming flights were delayed due to maintenance issues, which left most of the passengers alongside of me feeling uneasy. The staff never once cracked a smile, and although they were never rude, they were also never warm and friendly. The seats were uncomfortable and cramped and no snack was offered during the flight. The plus side of American Airlines is that they do offer many direct flights, which helps when you are trying to avoid connections. I will probably try to avoid flying AA in the future.
