I use them because I'm close to getting a free flight with miles but after that free flight I won't be using them unless they happen to be the cheapest.

They has cancelled a flight for no reason, late on every flight including the lay overs and it's just hard flying with them. By the time you finally get where you are going you have arrived at 11pm at night due to no fault of your own.

I just cannot believe how low the quality of ailine service has gotten. My SIL just had a trip to Vegas and had the worst trip due to lay-overs, rude employees and of course security.
