American Airlines —
There was one flight attendant on the SEA-DFW flight @ 4:55 PDT, she's tall with short blonde hair. Not young, maybe mid-to-late 40s. I never caught her name because she kept her name tag turned around. She was the most abrasive, sarcastic, rude flight attendant it has ever been my displeasure to deal with. She berated this poor Chinese couple with an infant. The couple could not speak English and she must have thought the ruder she became, the more understandable she would be. She was terrible, the whole flight. I complained to AA about her, and I got some pat response about how they are sorry for my negative experience, etc. Anyway, the flight was unpleasant because of that woman. I hope to never see her again.
