For years and years I used a lemon reamer for all my citrus juicing needs. After I read the Cook's Illustrated review and experiencing hand cramps from juicing 20+ limes for ceviche, I started to waver.

I was at my local Williams-Sonoma when I came across the 2-in-1 Amco juicer on sale. And I haven't looked back since.

How to use:
1. Cut citrus in half.
2. Place the cut half citrus in the cup with the cut side down.
3. Squeeze.

So simple and fast, it's easy to clean up too.

Cook's Illustrated recently had a tip to cut additional slits along the cut side to get more juice out. I will try that soon to see if it gets more juice out.
