Good short term sleep aid that works for most people

    sleepwalking, can become addictive

Ambien is a good medication for those that are suffering from insommina. It works quickly, let you have a good nights rest, and dose not have that bad hangover effect that many other sleep aids have. However, this medication does not work for everyone, and a physician still needs to be consulted on if this is the proper medication for you.
