My experience with Ambian may not be the same as it would be with you . I tried Ambian for about two weeks, it will definatly put you to sleep but i only slept for about 4 hours and then was wide awake, also caused me to have memory loss of things that happened about 30 minutes before i went to sleep, I felt drunk. If you take this product make sure you go to bed within 30 minutes of taking it otherwise youre going to be very disoriented
