    one stop shopping for some, free shipping on some items, a million categories, used media are is good, great customer service, tons of inventory

 I have been using amazon.com for years and I think it just gets better and better, I placed an order with an error (on my part) and didnt realize it until the order went thru. I clicked on customer service, filled out a quick form and within 1 minute I recieved a phone call from the customer service office. All was taken care of quickly and easily.My orders are always as expected and on time.If you shop online amazon.com is the place to be.
