    a million categories, used media are is good, Competative prices, Cart saves products to purchase, Great Customer Service, able to buy used--eBay competitor, tons of inventory, one stop shopping for some, free shipping on some items

Amazon.com — 

Whenever I look to buy an item online, I first go to Amazon.com not only to see what price they are offering the item for, but also what kind of reviews it is receiving from other purchasers.  I find reading the reviews make my decision on whether to buy the item or not.  When I do a price comparison, I find that Amazon.com offers one of the best prices especially with no sales tax and free shipping on orders over $25.
