Amazon.com Review

Amazon now sells a wide array of products -- everything from books to clothing to electronics to food.  They helped me in college with their used books program.  They helped me in my apartment with their non-perishable food products that simply can't be found in my small town.  They helped me when I moved into my first home with a wide array of home improvement tools.  On occassion, despite their decent shipping methods, items do get damaged (I remember an incident with light bulbs).  Their return system is easy and automated.  A live, friendly customer service person is waiting if you need their help.  They ship you a replacement before even receiving the damaged item.

 In this day and age, a company like this deserves a wow!  Good job Amazon!
