    free shipping on some items, used media are is good, one stop shopping for some, tons of inventory

    Hard-to-find customer service No., hard to find CS phone number

I love Amazon.com. I'm always able to find whatever it is that I'm looking for, there is also the option to buy most items used. In the past I didn't receive my order for xmas and they sent me out another one at no charge and with express shipping so that I got it in time. The only thing I didn't like was that I had a really hard time finding the customer service number, but other than that I really like Amazon.
