    one stop shopping for some, free shipping on some items, a million categories, used media are is good, tons of inventory

    Hard-to-find customer service No., shipping can be wicked high

Amazon.com — 

Overall amazon.com is a great webpage for shopping and selling items.  Easy to use webpage. Shipping prices are a little high or if you are selling items the shipping that Amazon requires is too low so that the seller has to pay the difference. Reliable, although customer service can be hard to locate-but someone does eventually get back to you.
