Amazon.com Review

Throughout the years I have consistently shopped at and purchased from Amazon.com. They have a good selection of items in the categories I need; electronics, books, DVD's, professional supplies, to name a few. I do comparison shopping first and have found Amazon's prices consistently lower or equal to the competition. They have good shipping prices (often free with a $25 purchase). Their secondary sellers have been trustworthy and reliable as well. I have had only two problems which were quickly solved by Amazon- one dealt with an overcharge by a secondary seller and the other was a price reduction on an item I had recently purchased. I received quick credits on both items in question. Amazon responds to e-mails and attempts to solve any issues promptly and courteously. Very reliable.
