Great til you have a problem

a comparison shopper, a bargain hunter, a books shopper, expecting good, fair service, not one to take bad service lightly
Pros

    one stop shopping for some, free shipping on some items, a million categories, used media are is good, tons of inventory

Cons
    hard to find CS phone number, Hard-to-find customer service No., don't help seller with problems, finding what you want can take a while

I was a seller on Amazon until one month, after years of positive reviews/ feedback I had 3 items get delayed in getting shipped because my sons were kidnapped from their school by my ex husband and my priorities oviously got moved, even after I explained this situation to Amazon and refunded the buyers (who kept their items just recieved them 2 weeks late) they would not reopen my seller account. 3 delayed items out of literally 100's, resolved with satisfaction with the buyers yet they would not work with me...I think that is horrible.

I'm sorry to have heard that happened to you, I've had similar problems out Amazon as well.
