Amazon.com — 

On the one hand, I like that Amazon.com is a place where you can shop for many different items in one location, but on the other hand, I found them to be a headache. This past CHRISTmas time I had quite an experience using Amazon.com. I placed about 4 or 5 orders of toys for the children in our family, and all but one package was either late, or didn't arrive at all. I understand that Amazon was probably swamped because of the Holiday, but I got so frustraited.  I was on the phone with them almost everyday for a week, because of orders that were either lost, or just plain late. Even though I've had some horrible experiences with Amazon I will still use them for "some" items, but I will be more careful about "when" I shop there.

I am amazed that everything I ordered came on time from Amazon for Christmas. They have actually been shipping faster than before for me but I have had my issues with them and then it is hard to get a hold of people and get them to fix things.
